Get creative and turn everyday items into art! Kids will explore the idea that anything can be an art supply—buttons, string, magazine cut-outs and more. Using a mix of found objects, each participant will design and glue together their own one-of-a-kind collage masterpiece. No two will look the same, and every artist will leave with a creation that reflects their imagination and style.

Paul will discuss Illinois politics and prepare us for the upcoming midterm elections in November. This live, virtual program will not be recorded. Hosted in partnership with the Schaumburg Township District Library and The League of Women Voters.

Join us as a storyteller shares books and rhymes in Spanish. Children will learn Spanish words with the help of engaging stories and an emphasis on repetition for children’s developing minds. The storytime includes games and crafts.

Learn about the nuances of bully breeds, like pit bulls, bulldogs, terriers and more. An Animal Care League representative will address common myths, promote responsible guardianship and advocate for fair treatment. Highlights include the importance of breed-neutral policies, proper training and socialization.

Rhythm and rhyme take center stage with singing, dancing and play during this musical storytime.  Space is limited to 20 children and their caregivers.
